Aldo Stone
Based in Yellowstone National Park
Aldo Stone is no stranger to doing things The Hard Way.
Originally from the south Mississippi/Louisiana line, his songs are deeply rooted in the sounds of the region. There is a haunting honesty and an almost humorous spirit of resilience that echo through each track. This kind of authenticity cannot be duplicated. He's lived a colorful life: he is a Hurricane Katrina survivor, he's worked as a freighter on the Mighty Mississippi River, he's been a logger in the Great Forests of Oregon, and is a long-time steward of Yellowstone National Park. However, he has always been a songwriter first. His music is written directly from his storied life, but very much influenced by the shared human experience. He's got something for everyone and is solely focused on building a loyal fanbase from the ground up.
After self-funding, producing, and releasing his debut album under his own independent record label, Hot Honey Records, he now has his sights set on spreading his truth, one bar room, dance hall, and street corner at a time.
